An association attorney, an LCAM, and a practical vision for your community.

ERIC M. GLAZER, ESQ.
Having practiced Association law for over 18 years in conjunction with
representing hundreds of community associations throughout Florida, attorney
Eric M. Glazer recognized the specific needs of the small to medium size
associations. He constantly represented associations that were dissatisfied with
their management companies. Either the management companies charged too much for
keeping the books and records, or they “over-managed” the association, by
offering only a one-size fits all contract, including unwanted and unnecessary
services. No one provided the management services that his legal condo clients
wanted. Having dedicated his professional life to condominiums and home owner’s
associations, and the homeowners, it seemed inevitable that he would answer the
call and provide the much-needed “custom fit” management company.
Eric is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at the
University of Miami School of Law, and established his law firm, Glazer &
Associates, PA, which has been predominantly dedicated to association law since
1994.
Eric invites everyone to listen to his radio show “Condo Craze and HOA’s” every
Sunday at noon, on Newsradio 610 am WIOD. Eric and Brian also host and Eric
teaches periodic free courses on the laws that govern Florida Associations.
Dates and times will be posted.
BRIAN FOGELSON, LCAM
Brian is a licensed community association manager (LCAM), and is the Office
Manager for Glazer & Associates, PA. As a major liaison with the law firm’s
condo clients, Brian also heard the call for better condo management services.
He felt compelled to form FLCAM, Inc. and offer the custom-fit management
everyone wants. As an LCAM, he knows what services are needed, and he knows how
to provide them. Outstanding customer service is Brian’s goal.
Brian is also a native New Yorker, and was educated in the “Big Apple” in
Business and Marketing Management. Brian also served in New York City law
enforcement until 2002, when he married and moved to South Florida.
Eric and Brian look forward to working with you and providing you the management
services you desire. |
